Your best way is to use a blogging service, such as livejournal or blogger.

I have wavepad and stuff like that, to record, and a decent microphone.
I'd like to make my own podcast.
How do i go about doing that?
I have web space from my cable internet, i just don't know how to drag and
drop with jaws.
How is that done and how do i create an rss feed so people can listen to my
cast?
