Getting Started?

Hello Listers!
I want to get started podcasting, and would like to know how to do so. I want
to purchase the IRiver IFP899. Where do I purchase this recorder from, and how
much does it cost? What all do I need to start podcasting, software, hosting
space, a feed burner account, ETC? Can someone please explain what all I need,
the cost of the different things, and how to go about getting them?
