Well, in the case of that file, no, it is in binary format and can not be
editted.

Yes you can install over the top with Replay AV - Replay Radio.
Been doing it for almost 2 years now and Applian has told me to do it this
way.

You will not lose your settings. The file "schedule.dat"
contains your show/stations/podcasts settings. I always copy this
"schedule.dat" file to another folder and to CD disc.

Now to Jeff or anyone who knows: can Notepad view .dat file?
Just wondered about this.
