Hello,
There are some really good resources out there from the w3c. To create a
link, you can do the following, and I hope this comes through as code.
If not, you may have to view the sourcecode of my message to see it.

To create headings, it depends on the level of the heading you wish to
create. There are levels 1-6. To create a level three heading, you can
do the following:
