Hi,
Yes sort of. A link to skip through text and links to get to the main
content on the page. Say for example, I add something to my shopping cart.
When the next page comes up I'm at the top of the page so I will have to
arrow all the way down to view what was added to the shopping cart. So if I
had this "skip to main content" navigation link all I had to do is click on
that and it will take me down the page to where the content start for the
shopping cart instead of me arrowing all the way down that page. I hope
this is clear.

instance, you want to make a link to go from one part of a page to the
other?
