[blind-chess] Re: ??? Tournament Rules Additions ???

To Richard andAll,
I wasn't requesting it. I was clarifieing it in the event it should come up.
The rules are fine as they now stand.

    Hi Hugh,
I vaguely recall the rule, but what was the reasoning behind it?

If I am not mistaken, wasn't that Sunday day of rest reflection rule applicable
in the USBCA correspondence tournament back last winter brought about by Dave
Bender's request?
I like it as it stands now with every day counting: "Sunday, Monday or Always!"
Hugh
