Good Morning Players,
Any blind-chess members playing in the USCF Blind Chess Over The Board
Tournament October 11 and 12 can have their blind-chess correspondence game
reflection time suspended during the period from October 9 through October 14.
Please let your opponents know if you plan to attend the OTB and use this rule.
