I wonder, however, that being the case, if the replacement really is better than Bud's copy. Does anyone proofread the NY TImes books? Carrie, when you or other volunteers in the office scan the books, are they proofread too? I know you personally do in some case, but I got the impression that you don't always, and I don't know about the others. Bud, maybe you could download the NY Times book and compare it with the one you pre-validated before submitting.
