Considering some of the stories I have heard about how easy it was to get a mortgage before the subprime mortgage meltdown, perhaps my scheme might really have had a chance of working! <lol>

Hi all,

<smiling with twinkle> Last I knew I think you need about $10,000. as a down payment on a mortgage. I could be wrong, but at going rates, that's four thousand books to validate. A worthy goal, might be a challenge, but it is always possible.
