Benetech has no professional grade Volunteer Management System where such 
features are a standard automated service for all volunteers.
 
If you write to me off-list I can explain the processes we have come up with 
when working with interns, faculty, or volunteers completing court mandated 
community service hours.

I hate to ask this, but long story short, my work situation is changing.  Has 
anybody ever had to verify volunteer hours with bookshare?  is it possible? how 
does it work?  I've been really excited about this and would rather just use 
bookshare then scramble to find something else.
