Sorry, I've never heard of such a thing. We just give as little or as much
time as we wish to our scanning and proofing. I scan and my wife proofs.

I hate to ask this, but long story short, my work situation is changing.
Has anybody ever had to verify volunteer hours with bookshare? is it
possible? how does it work? I've been really excited about this and would
rather just use bookshare then scramble to find something else.
