I believe the volunteer manual as it is is pretty incomplete. It does not
address the questions of what do you do with em dashes, ellipses, accented
letters, Spanish punctuation, fractions, or many of the other questions people
often have. So, Jim, probably the manual you found is the only manual there is.
There are several sections of it though, so you have to be sure to click all of
the links to get to all of it.
