Also light green. One of the things I learned while in Teacher College, was
to grade papers using lime green or light green ink, so that the students
couldn't sneak a look at each others scores without starying at the page to
see the ink.

Smile. I remembered that, as I hated it when people would see my grade
before I did.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] using colors

I think I may have missed something--were you all
discussing color just for fun while discussing font
size and type and things like bold and italics?
Occasionally, but very rarely, words or part of text
in books is colored, especially, of course, in
children's books where they're teaching colors, but it
wouldn't occur to me to try to use color because I
didn't think it wold be translated by bookshare. It is
hard to read, sometimes, even for a sighted
person--and I hate when I'm watching a foreign film
and the subtitles are light on a white background.

Speaking of colors used in emails though, as we were
before with Sue's experiment, light blue, as was used
in one of these posts, is also a little difficult to
read, though not as bad as yellow. Dark or Royal blue
is fine. smile
