You are right, of course. But I cannot help but wonder how many potential
submissions BookShare fails to gain in a year when, the casual or first
time submitter, faces problems in getting their book onto the system.
A veteran submitter knows to come back later, but someone with limited
computer savvy, someone who submits rarely, or someone taking the first
plunge will walk away shaking their head wondering if they're too stupid
to upload or whether or not the BookShare system is flaky.
It's too bad that Bookshare doesn't have the resources or ability of RFB&D
in procuring donations as, if it did, it could do so much given what it
has done with so little.
