Hi, Bud. Go into your tools menu and choose to save settings. Then, call it 
something you'll remember. You want to save settings, not save partial 
settings, and that'll save everything the way you have it. When you want to 
use those settings again, choose to load settings. You'll be presented with 
a dialog box of all your settings files. Take care.

Hi Sharon,

I did try the optimize setting and it did help greatly, it almost
eliminated all that extra junk.  Thanks for the suggestion.  Now I
have to figure out how to save the setting and how to retrieve it
when I come back.
