Hi Gang,
I don't want to add more to the current discussion, but it seems
there is no strict deffinite way to do it. Do I understand that if
there is a page number first at the top of the page that the stripper
will leave everything alone? That's what I've been doing
lately. Hope that's what I am supposed to do.
