[bksvol-discuss] thank you bookshare friends

It has been very cold here for the past two weeks, too cold for any of the ice build up on my little town's sidewalks to melt. Some folks do a good job keeping their sidewalks clean but others do less well. I have been staying home a lot in this snowy weather and reading. Mostly I have been validating. All of the reading has been bookshare books.
Winter is my emotionally most difficult season. Somehow I am happier when I can get out and do more, hike, garden and just be outside more. I know I go out some in winter but it is not the same. The pleasure I have from reading is due to all of you and all those others involved with bookshare. Thank you so much. A special thanks to those who have worked on cookbooks. I do love cooking and the ethnic and vegetarian contributions are just wonderful. Yes the baking stuff is great too. (grin)
