I did some research. The Susan Howatch book is
entitled The Rich Are Different, and it's not in the
collection--nor is it on any of the lists that would
be Marissa's list if it were published--though since
the last one was in early April, and my attempts to
keep it updated are limited, somebody might be working
on it. smile.
