The manufacturers still think they are selling to agencies not to end users. So we get poorly made cheap construction and bad service. I realize this is a gross over simplication. However, I think they do not serve end users and instead serve people who are not the true users of products.

What are you using as a braille display since deciding not to buy a braillenote?
