Hi all. I just submitted The Bread Bible to BKS. If anyone wants to take
the time to validate this book, I would greatly appreciate it. I marked the
scan as fair, because there were several drawings which Kurzweil turned into
weird characters and they'll need to be removed. Otherwise, however, the
text was surprisingly clean except for a very few questionable parts.
I have page images I can send you if you don't have a hard copy of the book.
It's a great read.
