[bksvol-discuss] Re: stripped quotation marks

Maybe the quotes were some of those slightly weird ones that couldn't be represented in a text file do to being no part of the character set that text files use.

Oops, I was wrong about that, happy to say. For some reason when I
saved the books as text files, the quotes didn't save with them. They
are in the originals however.
