Jamie, If I were validating a book like that, I would get a copy from my 
library and see how it was written. If those strange syllables etc. appear in 
the book, I would not change them; I might be tempted to release the book as

  Hi, I'm finding words hyphenated like holding, confessed, and others.  There 
is even a sentence where it should say "two hundred dollars, and", and it says 
two hundred dollarsmand.  Is it okay to fix this?  Thanks.
