Reading the manual is the first thing you should do before validating
anything. When I visit a new web site for the first time that I intend to make
regular use of I read all the help pages and FAQ's before doing anything. If,
after registering, I then have new help pages or FAQ's to read I read them. Not
doing so is like getting a complicated appliance that requires assembly and
just launching into putting it together or using it be fore reading the
instructions. You are just asking to multiply the frustration and exasperation
that is bound to come anyway. In a message dated 8/21/2008 6:41:11 P.M. Pacific

Hey, well, okay, thanks for defining, but how does one go about releasing
and rejecting, in a nutshell, I've not gotten to read the manual yet, too
    much going on. Thanks.
