The kind of specifics I am suggesting people include when asking for a rescan might include things such as
The book has a lot of words where the word is broken up by space and a hyphen producing words such aa "pro -duce"
page 22 is full of junk characters pages are missing (citing the page numbers) the book is full of 1 for I producing "1 am" "1 had" and so forth. That gives a possible re-submitter information.Without specifics, a message to rescan a book might be sent because the book contained unremoved page headers. Without specifics, who's to know.
