[bksvol-discuss] some email messages don't show up.

This has happened before. I recently got an email from Jim S.. It doesn't show
up as black text inb my email. all I see are red dots. When I run the cursor
down the message space, what he wrote shows up as white print on a light blue
background. Have some of you had this happen? Can you tell me what to tell him
so I can read his mail?
