[bksvol-discuss] single quotes again

My problem is the reverse of Mickey's. There are several words which are surrounded by single quotes within a double quote. Kurzweil is calling them apostrophe whether they are a beginning or ending quote. I gather that these can look differently to Kurzweil depending on the type of type being used. My inclination is to do nothing about this, feeling that those looking at the screen will understand and those reading braille or listening either will also understand or won't hear the punctuation anyway. Does anyone on this list feel that I should look at this situation differently, and if so, why. Thank you. Jill
