Dolores, I have used both open book 8 and 9 and find that 9 renders much
better results. If you could upgrade to 9, I think it might be worth the
expense and trouble.

Kelley, thank you. I havae ob 8.0. It's so strange because some pages scan
quite well; others are awful. I'll try changing my settings. I never feel
comfortable with this, but it's the only way I can do the book. Again,
