Not positive about your state, but mine offers really low interest loans for
technology, might be worth checking out, smile for the financial aid
challenge, am there too, smile. Scraping together enough for a book
courier, $20 a month, smile I will make it there eventually and will enjoy
it even more as I know I bought it. Besides can't justify it.
