If it has been saved as something else, you can't ordinarily just change the extension. That doesn't convert a file to a completely new format. If it were that simple, all we'd have to do to change an XTML file to text is change the extension. Unfortunately it isn't that simple. Cindy's going to have to save it differently on her end.
