Hi all,
Amber, although I agree that one should try one's best to be polite,
nonthreatening, and helpful to Newbies, sometimes life conspires
against one, and you get a snarky reply. That, is life. Life is good
and bad, and all those other pairs of things. And, again, I will
remind you that email is not the best medium for communication.
