you need to go to "my account" and "renew" your membership, which it will
tell you that you have enough and no further steps need be taken but you
have to do that.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] renewing question

I have enough credits to renew my subscription, which runs out today. Do I
need to do anything to get it renewed or will it do it automatically?
Thanks.
