Jamal is a very careful guy. Are you folks really sure this is a poor scan with lots of cut off lines? (sometimes line can sound cut off with a screen reader if window is not maximized for example.). Not to question anybody, except he is a programmer and meticulously careful about things. Hard to believe he would submit a poor scan.
