Bud, Submitters do get a rejection notice when a book is rejected just like they get an acceptance notice if the book is approved by Gustavo. Gustavo also has to approve rejections and will kick a book back to the Step 1 page if the validator doesn't provide a valid reason for rejection. The reason they give will also be included in the rejection notice, so a submitter should be able to resolve the issue if they care about getting the book into the collection. I see an email every once in a while that a book has been rejected. What happens with the rejected books? It seems to me that the submitter should be contacted and told why it was rejected and let them have a chance to resubmit it rather than just discard the book. What do others think?
