Hi Grace,
The books can be accepted if the publisher has an office in the U.S. Usually
there will be a list of addresses for the publisher, and if any of them are
U.S. it's fine. If not maybe someone could suggest how to check and see
whether the publisher has a U.S. presence. If not, you would probably have
to reject the book.
