Personally, I leave those out. As a sighted reader, I
don't like read them. I do like to have the synopses
that are often given on the cover or earlier pages
that tell very briefly what the book is about, but
then I want the pleasure of reading the book beginning
pages and all, for the first time when I get the book.
But that's just me.
