Grace, don't know why kurzweil skipped over the blank pages. I have it set
to keep them. This is the first time this has happened to them, our libruary
doesn't have it, in fact they don't have hardly any of her's.

The only copies of that title that my libraries have are audio books. I'm going to be in the library bookstore Tuesday, and in the library Monday (some paperbacks are not cataloged) and I'll look to see if the book is there.
If not, and you can get an audio book, maybe you can find out from that if pages are missing.
Since the book is a compilation of 4 separately published books, my guess is that there will be one or more blank pages--may blank pages and title pages--before each new book.
One way to tell would be to read the page before the presumed missing page and the page after and see if they follow logically or if something seems to be missing in the plot or conversation or whatever.
