If people did this, it would not be fair to the submitters or, for that
matter, to the bookshare members. Only people who intend to validate books
should take them from Step 1.

Can volunteers get to unvalidated books without taking them off of the list?
I think some people may want to read something before a validator has gotten
to it and won't worry about various recognition issues. It could be a
privilege for volunteers who want to read something sooner than later.
It's just an idea of which I have many and only a small portion of them are
worth anything <smile>.
