No, plays in book form are unacceptable. I believe plays and dramatic works
are exempted from the Chaffee amendment, which is the law that allows books to
be accessible to blind people. Now, if there's a book ABOUT a play, with parts
of the play in it, that's okay. We have a book about the play RENT
(http://www.bookshare.org/web/SingleTitle.html?submittitleid=37587) which is
much more than the actual play. If you can find a book about Waiting for
Godot, that would be a fine addition to the collection.

Can Bookshare accept plays that are in book form? For example, Waiting for
Godot : tragicomedy in 2 acts / by Samuel Beckett ; translated from the
original French text by the author.

Why can't Bookshare accept dramatic works such as plays?
