[bksvol-discuss] perfectly legal

There is a book which I downloaded called Perfectly Legal.  I cannot understand 
why the system would permit its being disseminated.  In the first place, the 
book is shown as having 125 pages, although an NLS recording requires about 
fourteen hours of reading.  Equally important, there are countless errors, not 
even counting the charts.  How can this lack of quality possibly be permitted?
