Hi Gail, In your examples of page numbers preceded and followed by either spaces or under scores, I'd, unfortunately, delete all extra spaces and or underscores so that all page numbers appear at the left margin. You can do this by using the find and replace to remove multiple spaces and replace with a single space, and then use the find and replace to delete groups of underscores and replace with nothing. Can you please describe how the page numbering is off in the latter part of the book? Are there pages missing? If that is the case, the submitter, or someone else will need to provide you with the missing pages. You can either contact the submitter, or request help here. Does that help?
