Hi, Shannon. Even if you wanted to read the book completely through, you say 
there are no headers, footers or page numbers, so even reading the book 
completely through won't help you. It's a shame, I know, but you have no 
choice in this case. Take care.

Thanks Mike.  There are no headers or page numbers to indicate where the
page breaks might go, and I'm not into reading the book all the way through.
I am doing this to cull the download list down and would happily do any work
necessary to fix a book where page breaks were, but as you have so often
said, I think I can validate another book or two with my time.
