Hi Shannon,
This is probably why the book has been sitting on step 1 for aeons. Yes,
Bookshare does require books to have page breaks. Sometimes it's possible to
add them by hand based on page numbers/headers if you want to read it all
the way through. Otherwise, if the quality of the text is good and there are
headers that can be used, maybe someone else would like to add the page
breaks. If not, then the book should be rejected.
