Hi Laurie, I saved it automatically to RTF as that is one of the options in Openbook. After the book is fully scanned and cleaned-up, I transfer the file to Word and submit it. This has never happened before. I am beginning to wonder if it has to do with the Opticbook 3600...any ideas? Thanks for trying to help. If so is Word in normal view? I have never heard of Open Book eating page breaks? Did you save it as an .ark file before converting it to .rtf by any chance? It also removed some hard returns I had put in the document. I am about to shoot Openbook. Thanks for trying to help. Maybe you have it on "does not split" and need to change it back and then re-open the file?
