Hi, Kerri. I do have one suggestion to offer you in case no one has
mentioned it. In Microsoft Word, press insert f to find out what
font the book is in. Sometimes Jaws will not read very large fonts
correctly. If I hear it say something like font size is 48 points,
I know this is the cause. I highlight the text with control a, then
press alt o for the format menu, and choose fonts. I use the
settings in that area to change the font to something like 13
points. This allows Jaws to read the text normally. I hope this
will help you. If it's not useful, please just keep giving us
feedback and asking questions till we find something that helps you.
