I'll get the book tomorrow. It's a different edition
from yours (neither library has yours) so we'll do it
by figuring out--but maybe we'll be lucky and the
pagination will be the same. That often is the case.

Are your four pages together or in different places?
I'll let you know tomorrow, offlist, when I have it.
If anyone else can provide the pages, please let us
know.
