[bksvol-discuss] missing page numbers

Some books are printed without page numbers. I'e come
across two like that. In one case I put the numbers in
brackets. In the other, I just noted in the comments
and synopsis that the books is unpaged.
(Actually, I can't remember if those are books I
submitted or ones I have in my pile to submit).
