Hi, Tom. Just on a hunch, do you have fast save turned on in Word? I dimly remember reading about a glitch with fast save. I'm not a power user of Word, so this is just a thought on my part. I wish I'd bookmarked the article I read. It has something to do with how Word makes copies of a document for saving. Do you use the Woodys Office Watch site? I think it might have been there, and someone on that forum might have a better answer for you.
