[bksvol-discuss] Re: log in

I have an XP.

When I use IE (Version 7.0.5730.13), I can click on the email box and am able to choose my email address from a list (that currently only contains the one choice).
I always have to type in my password.

When I use Firefox 2.0.0.18, Firefox will ask me if I want to remember my email and password, and I answer yes. Therefore I believe that Firefox, not Bookshare, is rememberint the information.

And I have a very stupid question.... when I exit my browser program, it automatically logs me out, correct?

For those people who find that their username and password are not being remembered despite checking the box, what browsers and operating systems are you using? Engineering asked me to ask you.

Thanks for your help in dealing with this! Carrie

Ditto. I also find that it remembers the password, but not the email.

I have to put my email address in every time, but it remembers my password.
