The quickest way to get hold of some good-quality audio books is from your
local library. After that, my first suggestion is Audible.com although that
site can take a while to learn how to use effectively. The more I think
about it, your local library and NLS would be the best places to start.

Hi Cindy.
Let me echo Sue, Ann and Jackie's sentiments.

Also, let me suggest that you give audio another chance (not the cheesy
synthetic speech from bookshare--only the truly desperate will use that)
from audio books from your bookstore or audio.com, and, maybe in time, NLS
as these are truly human voices. You've seen some of the off-topic threads
on here about how good some of those readers really are. It might work for
you and give you another way of reading.

Anyway, get well really soon, and keep them cards and letters coming in,
cause we love you.

Bob
