The Golem's Eye (Book 2 of the Bartimaeus Trilogy) by Jonathan Strowd
If you haven't read the first book fo the series, get it now and read
it. It's a cross between Harry Potter and Artemis, with a bit of childrens
spy series mixed in. Book 2, released in Oct. is up there now. I read
through it all and edited, putting footnotes where they needed to be, so
should be an easy validation. No pressure though.
